Our Client, a prestigious travel retailer based Kent is looking for an experienced Retail Travel Consultant to join their friendly team. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Maximising every sales opportunity by promoting key products and increasing the value of a sale through actively selling up and selling additional products that meet the customers needs - Meeting and exceeding sales targets for all products. - Building and maintaining relationships with key customers - Personally representing the company`s brand values and personality - Takes ownership of the transaction, for all customers, regardless of the source of sale - Providing after sales service with the same enthusiasm as the sale - Managing customer`s expectations by being honest about what to expect and the products and*or services they buy - Respond positively and supports their colleagues during change
Ideally you will have at least 2 years experience working in a retail travel role or travel reservations, with a proven sales ability, travel experience and a good working knowledge of a CRS system.
